Delete in the app
If you can open ORANO, go to Profile → Privacy → Delete Account. Confirm the request to permanently delete the account and associated data. You will be signed out.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your ORANO account. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, use the Apple relay address shown for ORANO. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Include only the email address used for ORANO. Never send a password, payment-card details, receipt, session token, or MCP key.
Cancel billing separately
Use the subscription controls before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions; they remain store-managed. A signed-in web account can open Manage subscription to stop future renewals. If you delete from inside ORANO, the server also attempts to stop an identifiable web renewal before removing account data.

What we delete
Deletion covers your ORANO profile and sign-in, saved sources and uploaded media, projects and tasks, research and roadmaps, chats, memory and personalization data, notification tokens, webhooks, personal MCP/API keys, and the associated RevenueCat customer record.
Timing and limited retention
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are completed after account verification and within 30 days. We may retain minimal records where required for legal obligations, transaction accounting, security, or fraud prevention. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and policies.
